Schools

Playgrounds allow kids to imagine, problem solve, forge friendships and play! Lets’ work together to create school play spaces that inspire children’s physical, social and cognitive development.

Passionate about getting kids outside and playing UP, NT Shade work with you to create play spaces that are fun, interactive, and safe.  Our team are all qualified and experienced, with Ochre cards, helping you get the job done right the first time to keep kids outdoors, making friends and having fun.

NT Shade have been installing playgrounds here in the Territory for over 10 years. No job is too big or too small; we have installed large, multi-faceted playgrounds and sporting exercise equipment (Such as Centralian Middle School) to small pieces of play equipment like springers in Early Learning Centres.

Also specializing in surfaces, such as rubber and sand soft fall and sports surfaces, and shade, NT Shade are your one stop shop to create a beautiful and functional play space.

Its more than just a playground!

Each playground is unique, created for the children that will be using the space.  You may need play equipment that is suitable to toddlers, older children or even teenagers.  Or perhaps you need a play space that caters to a mix of ages.  You may need play equipment that focuses on sensory engagement, allowing children to develop within their own sensory world and ability.

We love working with you to custom design the best play spaces for the kids that will use the playground, supporting all abilities with inclusive elements allowing all children a safe place to play.

Safety

All our play equipment is made and installed to Australian Safety Standards.  You will be issued with a Certificate of Compliance upon the completion of each playground or piece of play equipment.

Chris and Michelle are both certified and experienced Playground Safety Inspectors. We can conduct visual inspections of park facilities and can contribute to OHS Hazard identification and risk assessment to help you identify existing risks and hazards.
